Bankwood Lane

A 5000ft2 commercial unit at Rossington. Outline Planning Permission was initially sought, followed by Full Planning Permission. As part of the application, a comprehensive range of Planning requirements were provided, including a Design Access Statement, Flood Risk Assessment, Ecological Study, Contaminated Land Assessment and Transport Assessment.


Warmsworth Community Centre

An extension to the community centre at Warmsworth presented us with the opportunity of creating additional floor space to an existing historic building, formally the local primary school. Impressive high windows and the use of locally sourced materials ensured that the extension complimented the existing building and enhanced the local environment.


244 Balby Road

A Change of Use application was required to convert part of the existing three storey ‘student-let’ into offices for a local Property Agent. Providing modern office accommodation with disabled access facilities was of paramount importance for this project.
