This development provided the client with five bedrooms and over 3000ft² of floor space.

A large four bedroom detached stone built dwelling within a Conservation Area, full of interesting design details that attempt to sit this new property comfortably within its surroundings. Locally sourced limestone, clay pantiles, deep headerstones will help this dwelling achieve the strict requirements imposed upon it by the Planning Department.
Giving the appearance of a two storey dwelling. Appearances can be deceptive as there are a further two bedrooms and a bathroom hidden within the loft space.
